Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products, including the Man Labs Face Serum. All sales are final. Kindly review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
